Occupational Therapist

TorquayFull-time2+ year experience

We’re hiring an experienced Occupational Therapist LEGEND (2+ years)

Torquay | Part-time or Full-time | 💙 NDIS | Proper support (the real kind)

At WHR Allied Health, we work with people across the lifespan – from little kids finding their feet, to adults building independence, to complex support needs across home, school, community and life.

Our client mix is broad (ASD, intellectual disability, psychosocial, physical & progressive neuro), but one thing stays constant: we care deeply about doing good work, and about the people doing it.

We’re currently looking for an experienced OT to join our Torquay team – someone who loves thoughtful, evidence-based practice, values collaboration, and wants to feel genuinely supported at work.

A few things we’re really proud of:

  • Supervision – weekly 1:1 senior OT support, joint sessions, peer groups, and real-time learning
  • Unlimited PD budget – because learning shouldn’t be capped
  • Strong culture of care – for clients and clinicians (AFR •Top 10 Best Places to Work in Health, twice)
  • Flexibility that respects life – part-time or full-time, compressed fortnights, supported workloads
  • Values-led practice – including sex-positive, rights-based support for people with disability

If you’ve ever felt like the “support” promised in glossy brochures didn’t quite show up – we should talk.

For a full position description or a confidential chat, email [email protected], or feel free to call me 0493 407 457- always happy to talk OT life.
